Job Description
About Us
At Oliver’s Travels, we’re passionate about making travel extraordinary. We believe holidays should be memorable, unique and tailored to our guests. That passion has seen us recognised among the best in the industry, with accolades including 10 consecutive years in the Condé Nast Traveller Readers’ Choice Awards, a place in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies, and most recently, Best TV/Streaming Advertising at The Travel Marketing Awards.
Now, we’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead the next phase of our digital growth.
Job Overview
Digital is at the heart of our growth at Oliver’s Travels, and we’re looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to take ownership of how we turn demand into bookings.
Your goal is clear: maximise digital acquisition performance and continually improve conversion across our website and customer journey to drive direct booking growth.
This is a commercially focused role with responsibility across paid media, SEO/GEO, content and conversion. You’ll oversee significant digital marketing investment and lead specialist channel owners, ensuring we maximise performance today while building the strategy and capabilities we need for the future.
You won’t simply report what happened. You’ll be expected to understand why we are ahead or behind our targets, identify the biggest opportunities available to us and recommend what we should do next.
You’ll work closely with Marketing Ops to turn data into insight, and then turn that insight into action. Whether that means changing our acquisition strategy, reallocating investment, improving content, addressing friction in the customer journey or working with our Tech team and CRO partners to improve the website.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role within the Marketing team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of Oliver’s Travels.
