The Role

• Conduct individual and activating care for our residents.
• Take responsibility for the assessment, documentation, and treatment of chronic wounds.
• Manage and evaluate the facility-specific wound documentation system.
• Organize and deliver training and further education in wound management.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance measures.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a nurse in geriatric or general healthcare.
• Specialized training as a Wound Manager/Wound Expert.
• Some professional experience is preferred.
• A genuine enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
