The Role • Actively acquire new B2B customers through market and field outreach, presenting the professional customer concept. • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing trade customers (craftspeople, facility managers, etc.), driving sales of professional products. • Drive revenue growth in the B2B sector by actively pursuing new clients, reactivating existing ones, and selling products. • Manage sales performance against defined KPIs and report on progress to management. • Prepare offers and orders for business clients, coordinating product procurement and offering value-added services. • Handle administrative tasks, including merchandise preparation, reservation management, and complaint resolution. • Plan and execute market-specific customer events to foster community and engagement. • Collaborate closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure comprehensive customer support. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a sales or retail professional, or several years of experience in sales, retail, or trades. • Proven experience in B2B sales is highly desirable. • Solid product knowledge and understanding of effective product placement. • Proficiency with PCs and common software applications. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in spoken and written German. • A customer-centric approach with a friendly, approachable demeanor and strong persuasion skills.
