Zensar is looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer in the United States. This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

About the Role

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration and analytics solutions using Informatica, Oracle ODI, and ETL frameworks.
• Build and support reporting and dashboard solutions using Tableau, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), and MicroStrategy.
• Develop data pipelines, data models, and reporting layers for business intelligence and analytics requirements.
• Work with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to deliver insights, KPIs, and business reporting.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable data warehouse and reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize ETL jobs, queries, and reporting solutions for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business, data, and application teams to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support for BI, ETL, and reporting platforms

Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in Data Warehousing, ETL, BI, and Analytics.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and ETL development.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau dashboard design and report development.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Good exposure to MicroStrategy reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) is preferred.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large enterprise environments, preferably in financial services or credit card domains.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and BI architecture.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data integration practices.

Education:

• Bachores/Master’s Degree – Information Technology
