Job Description

·        Balance competing stakeholder needs while establishing scalable UX solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams and products.

·        7+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or Design Systems.

·        Experience working closely with front-end engineering teams and understanding modern web technologies.

·        Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1/2.2, ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and inclusive design practices.

·        Familiarity with design systems built using modern component libraries such as the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS), Material Design, or similar enterprise frameworks.

·        Experience using modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence.

·        Experience with USWDS and federal accessibility requirements.

·        Knowledge of front-end implementation considerations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, component-based frameworks).
