Seeking a hands-on Senior Consultant — Java / J2EE Full Stack Developer with 8 to 10 years of software engineering experience for a 12-month contract role located 100% Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85054. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in core Java and J2EE development combined with direct professional experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain. This role requires an autonomous, self-directed engineer capable of hitting the ground running without hand-holding, backed by exceptional verbal and written communication skills for direct stakeholder engagement.

#Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Application Development: Design, code, test, and maintain robust, scalable enterprise applications utilizing core Java, J2EE, and modern backend/frontend frameworks.
Independent Execution & Delivery: Operate with full autonomy to analyze complex business requirements, troubleshoot technical blocks, and deliver production-ready code with minimal supervision.
Banking & Financial Solutions: Build and maintain high-security financial modules, transaction processing pipelines, or banking integration systems adhering to strict enterprise standards.
Code Quality & Technical Collaboration: Perform rigorous unit testing, conduct code reviews, resolve performance bottlenecks, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams in Phoenix.
