We are working with a growing business within the equipment hire space that is looking for a Service Administrator superstar to join their team. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, can juggle multiple priorities, and thrives in a busy service environment.

You'll be the key link between customers, sites, technicians, and internal teams, helping keep service operations running smoothly from scheduling through to job completion.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Scheduling and coordinating field technicians for onsite services
• Managing breakdowns and changing priorities
• Liaising with customers, sites, technicians, and internal stakeholders
• Closing off completed jobs and keeping systems up to date
• Managing service emails and administration
• Ensuring paperwork is accurate and completed correctly
• Supporting machine inductions and documentation
• Assisting with damage reports, parts related tasks, and projects as required

About You:

• Experienced within the equipment hire industry (highly preferred)
• A strong service administrator, coordinator, or operations all rounder
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
• Reliable, adaptable, and someone with a great attitude
• Detail focused and takes pride in getting things right
• Confident communicating with customers, technicians, and internal teams
• A quick learner who enjoys being hands on
