Program Analyst

Castellum Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support cybersecurity and defense missions for U.S. federal and military customers. In this role, you will analyze program performance, requirements, schedules, and costs to improve delivery of secure IT and advanced engineering solutions. You will prepare reports and dashboards, track milestones and risks, and support proposals and customer briefings. Working closely with mission-focused teams, you will translate technical data into actionable insights, help optimize resources, and contribute to high-impact national security programs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
