Description
Join our team as a Senior Rules Developer, working remotely on a contract basis. 
You will utilize your expertise in decision modeling technologies to enhance decision-making processes in a consumer lending setting. 
This role involves collaboration with business and technical teams to develop innovative decisioning capabilities.
Develop and implement decision-making strategies using decision modeling technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain decisioning capabilities.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of decision modeling implementations and workflows.
Identify configurable elements and those requiring vendor support.
Enhance testing approaches for decision strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Leverage decision modeling expertise to drive efficient decision-making processes.
Collaborate with business experts and technical teams to design and implement decisioning capabilities.
Maintain knowledge of decision modeling implementations and system workflows.
Distinguish between configurable elements and those needing vendor support.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science preferred.
5 years of experience with decision modeling technologies.
5 years of experience in consumer credit originations.
Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional partnership.
Experience with Agile methodologies and processes.
