Job Type :W2 Contract
Location :Austin , MN USA
Bill Rate :$75/hr on w2
Duration :10 months
Work Authorization: US-Citizen, H-1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD
Job Description :
The Enterprise Architecture Enablement team is rapidly expanding the use of AI, Copilot Studio, automation, and modern knowledge management capabilities across the organization. Current initiatives include AI-powered assistants, intelligent knowledge experiences, repository-driven documentation, workflow automation, and broader AI adoption and enablement efforts. Demand for these capabilities now exceeds the capacity of the existing team.

The requested AI Solutions Analysts will work alongside Lydia Lopez and myself to accelerate delivery by developing and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, preparing AI-ready knowledge assets, supporting automation initiatives, executing testing and continuous improvement activities, and helping scale AI solutions from pilot concepts into operational capabilities. They will also help manage documentation, knowledge curation, user feedback, onboarding content, and adoption activities required to successfully expand the organization's AI footprint.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Expert-level English communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to work directly and confidently with business stakeholders, lead requirements discussions, ask effective questions, translate business needs into practical solutions, document outcomes, and create clear user-facing content.
  • Strong bias toward execution. We are looking for a hands-on individual who can independently take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Strong learning agility and ability to quickly acquire new technical skills, tools, and processes. The candidate should be curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning by doing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Generative AI, or similar technologies is preferred. Direct experience is beneficial, but the ability and willingness to learn quickly are equally important.
  • Experience with GitHub, Markdown, Azure DevOps, wikis, or repository-based knowledge management is preferred. Direct experience is not required if the candidate demonstrates strong aptitude and a proven ability to learn new tools rapidly.
  • Comfortable creating, organizing, and maintaining solution documentation, knowledge assets, and AI-ready content.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive improvements.
  • Experience working across business and technical teams and translating requirements into practical solutions.
  • Self-starter with a continuous-learning mindset and genuine interest in AI, automation, productivity technologies, and modern ways of working.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development, testing, and maintenance of Copilot Studio agents, including knowledge-based, workflow-driven, and action-oriented agents, as well as other AI-powered solutions.
  • Support Power Platform solutions and automation initiatives.
  • Help drive our Knowledge-as-Code approach, including GitHub repositories, documentation modernization, and AI-ready knowledge management.
  • Curate, structure, and maintain knowledge sources where required by AI solutions.
  • Execute testing, validation, user-feedback, and continuous-improvement activities.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements and feedback into clear actions and solution improvements.
  • Create guidance, onboarding materials, and user documentation.
  • Support experimentation, pilots, and adoption activities related to AI across Enterprise Architecture and Enablement.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and practices as our AI and automation capabilities evolve.

Ideal Candidate

  • Someone who sits comfortably between business and technology: an expert communicator who can work independently and confidently with business stakeholders, highly organized, technically curious, and excited by learning new technologies.
  • They do not need to be an expert in every tool on day one, but they should be capable of quickly becoming productive and independently executing a wide variety of AI enablement, agent development, automation, knowledge management, testing, documentation, and adoption activities.
