About the Role

Our JBS Dinmore Plant is currently seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join our high-performing team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is ideally suited to a technically astute professional who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving continuous improvement to support the achievement of shared organisational goals.

As a Continuous Improvement Facilitator, you will play a key role in identifying, leading and supporting initiatives that enhance operational performance across our meat processing operations. Working closely with production, quality, safety, maintenance, and leadership teams, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement focused on improving safety, quality, productivity, yield and cost efficiency while ensuring sustainable outcomes and employee engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in one of Australia's leading food manufacturing operations, helping to drive operational excellence while empowering teams to continuously improve the way we work.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience delivering process improvements within a manufacturing, food production or FMCG environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent CI qualification)
  • Mechanical aptitude with a background in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing or Maintenance highly regarded
  • Experience applying Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Proven project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and coach others
  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Improvement, Manufacturing, or a related discipline advantageous
