Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on BO Developer Lead to support BusinessObjects conversion and development efforts as part of a Teradata to Snowflake migration. This role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and BO development experience, along with the ability to lead technical work while actively contributing to delivery.
Key Requirements

Hands-on experience with BO development and BO conversion
Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling
Experience with BO Universe and BO Connectors
Understanding of data warehousing principles and cloud platforms
Ability to write modular, reusable, and tested code
Familiarity with Git and version control practices
Experience supporting Teradata to Snowflake migration projects

Preferred

Experience leading technical development workstreams
Strong troubleshooting and data validation skills
Experience in enterprise reporting or analytics environments
