Cyber Security Engineer
DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the Real Estate industry who require a Cyber Security Engineer to join the firm in London on a 12 month fixed term basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Cyber Security Manager and Senior Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement and maintain the firm's security function.
• Support the security of the organisation's applications, data, infrastructure, networks and cloud platforms.
• Work with IT and internal and external partners to embed security in the evaluation, selection, installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Coordinate with technology teams to deliver annual penetration tests and security audits in line with business needs.
• Administer, monitor and oversee security operations across Microsoft 365, including Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Identity and access systems and controls, Vulnerability management, Incident management and ticket handling, SIEM/SOAR investigation and response, Advanced threat hunting.
• Manage the security incident procedure, ensure incidents are accurately recorded, and escalate data breaches or cyber security incidents in line with agreed processes.

Required Skills

• Experience working within an information / cyber security-based role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Security technology solutions.
• Experience or knowledge of in Security Frameworks such as NIST, Cyber Essentials.
• Knowledge of ITIL process in management incident, Change and problem management
• Awareness of cyber security and information management principals
• Experience with security assessments and penetration testing tools.
• Maintain productive, professional, and secure working environment.
• Understanding of data management principles.
• Understanding of IT Network management principles.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles.
