This Finance Department role is integral to their Accounts Receivable team, seeking a candidate with a proactive attitude to contribute to their success. The Role • Resolve deductions and process credit memos for customer accounts efficiently. • Analyze account discrepancies and communicate findings clearly to internal teams and customers. • Maintain accurate records of account activity and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel and Outlook, for data management and correspondence. What You'll Need • Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable and deduction resolution. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Data Entry, Collections, and Accounts Receivable processes. • High School diploma or GED required. • Basic accounting knowledge including credits/debits, general ledger, profit centers, and cost centers. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
