Pay Range: $76.15 - $130/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic communications advisor to VP-level executives within the engineering team, advising on communications strategy to ensure team members are informed and empowered.
• Use AI as an integrated part of the communications workflow, applying strong judgment and responsible practices.
• Build and execute global communications strategies for major moments that inspire our global employee base.
• Lead end-to-end employee communications for organizational changes, partnering with HR and leadership to manage timing and delivery across channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance communications plans that amplify talent initiatives.
• Develop and maintain various digital communications channels.
• Provide onsite event production support for employee events.
• Support a broad range of internal communications initiatives across the Employee Communications team.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Employee Communications.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible narratives.
• Experience supporting organizational change and change management communications.
• Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
• Advanced experience using AI as a communications tool, with a focus on research, synthesis, and content development.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 and Client Workspace.
