Le Responsable de l'Offre Suisse pilote le développement et l'évolution de l'offre de produits et de solutions destinée à la clientèle du marché suisse.

En étroite collaboration avec le Front Office, les spécialistes produits, les fonctions de support et le management régional, il veille à l'adéquation de cette offre avec les besoins des clients, les évolutions du marché et les exigences réglementaires.

Cette fonction stratégique, bénéficiant d'une forte visibilité auprès du management Swiss Domestic, offre l'opportunité d'influencer directement l'évolution de notre proposition de valeur et de contribuer activement au développement de nos activités.

Le rôle implique une collaboration transversale avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes clés de la Banque afin d'assurer une offre compétitive, cohérente et adaptée aux attentes de notre clientèle.

Pour le candidat adéquat, cette responsabilité peut être exercée en complément d'une fonction existante au sein du Front Office.
