Support our executive talent processes and manage our talent vendors so they deliver on time, on budget, and against clear expectations.
• Partnership that connects the work: Partner with HR Shared Services and HR Technology on the processes, systems, and data behind our talent programs. Work hand in hand with our Sr. Program Manager, Workforce Planning & Organization Effectiveness so talent actions and workforce plans connect, risks surface early, and commitments are delivered.
