Please note, this role has been located at our Shirebrook HQ however we are open to a hybrid model between our London (Market Road) and Shirebrook HQ
The Role: The opportunity is available for an experienced and passionate Studio Operations Lead to work and steer our Studio Teams & set them up for success. Engaging with stakeholders and driving results this role will control resourcing, planning, throughput and living within our studio software’s and AI capabilities.
The candidate will be delivering excellence, elevating the studio journey and driving forward the Studio’s evolving AI strategy and tooling ecosystem. This is a fast‑paced environment with huge potential for identifying and solving problems, implementing intelligent automation, optimisation and leveraging next‑generation technologies to add value to the business and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio strategy; Supporting the long‑term vision for AI, people, process, technology, and Studio development.
- Stakeholder engagement; Communicating progress, reporting, challenges, and opportunities with the SLT.
- Performance reporting; Tracking KPIs, forecasting capacity, and presenting insights that drive business decisions.
- Studio operations; Overseeing shoot schedules, resource, throughput, SLAs and production efficiency.
- Process optimisation; identifying bottlenecks, improving turnaround times, and standardising workflows with our tooling.
- Team development; Championing the team, empowering people, removing barriers, and amplifying collective success across the studio team.
- Workflow leadership; Setting daily priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring smooth studio operations.
- Culture building; Creating a high‑performance, collaborative, and feedback‑driven environment, where teams can thrive and feel supported.
- An in-depth knowledge of a working commercial studio setting compounded from years of experience.
- A sound knowledge of studio software’s and tooling – Creative Force preferred.
- Experience in using AI for imagery generation and agents within Studio environments – this role will manage the AI Studio ecosystem.
- Ability to lead a team, setting them up for success – This role is a people manager role.
- Good level of knowledge of Adobe Creative suites
- A great knowledge of digital workflow, production through to asset delivery.
- Excellent communication ability, this role will involve working closely with Frasers Groups SLT team
- Can be Shirebrook or London based, this role can be hybrid with elements of travel to different teams.

If successful we anticipate one or two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
