Senior Solutions Advisor - Sydney

Our client is a global leader in financial close and accounting automation software, used by thousands of finance teams worldwide. They’re looking for a Senior Solutions Advisor to shape their largest enterprise deals and raise the level of the pre-sales team around them.

What you’ll do

· Lead discovery workshops with senior finance and IT stakeholders to find and quantify their biggest challenges

· Deliver demos built around each persona, linking the product to clear business value and setting it apart from competitors

· Build proof-of-value scenarios, prototype data transformations on the client’s own data, and run competitive bake-offs

· Build business cases and ROI models with prospects to justify the investment
Own the value strategy on top-tier accounts and lead complex RFPs and POCs to the technical win

· Mentor the wider pre-sales team

· Lead conversations with prospects and the market on AI in finance: machine learning, automation and agentic AI

What you’ll bring

· 3+ years in senior enterprise pre-sales, selling complex SaaS to the Office of the CFO, with a record as a top performer

· Experience leading consultative discovery and building ROI models with enterprise customers

· Strong presentation skills, whether you’re in a boardroom or on a conference stage

· Domain knowledge in an area like financial close, and the commercial judgement to advise in competitive deals

· A track record of mentoring peers and improving their performance

· Bonus: technology consulting background or an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
