Job description

Own Your Cases. Advocate for Policyholders. Work Remotely.

Remote Arizona Attorney | Plaintiff-Side Property Insurance Litigation | $100,000–$160,000

Insurance Claim HQ is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our growing plaintiff-side property litigation practice. If you're a litigator who wants meaningful case responsibility, direct client relationships, and the opportunity to make a difference for policyholders, we'd like to hear from you.

We represent policyholders in disputes with insurance companies involving storm damage, fire, water losses, and other significant property claims. Our work focuses on helping clients pursue the insurance benefits they deserve when their claims are underpaid, delayed, or denied.

This is an opportunity to build your litigation experience within a growing law firm that embraces technology, values collaboration, and is committed to delivering results for its clients.

Why Join Insurance Claim HQ?

Practice remotely. Work from Arizona while collaborating with attorneys and colleagues across a growing, multistate practice.

Take ownership of your cases. Play an active role in case strategy, litigation, client communication, and resolution.

Focus on practicing law. There is no requirement to generate business or bring in clients.

Grow your litigation skills. Gain hands-on experience with substantive litigation matters while working alongside experienced attorneys.

Be part of a growing firm. Join a team that values initiative, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Manage plaintiff-side property insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution.

  • Develop case strategies, evaluate claims, and identify opportunities to advance clients' interests.

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case progress, litigation strategy, and settlement opportunities.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs.

  • Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.

  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to move cases forward efficiently.

  • Maintain ownership of assigned matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client service.

  • Litigate matters in the applicable state and federal courts.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Arizona law license in good standing.

  • At least one year of civil litigation experience.

  • Familiarity with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.

  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service.

  • Initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.

  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in advocating for policyholders.

Preferred: Experience with property insurance claims, insurance coverage disputes, or other plaintiff-side litigation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000–$160,000, based on experience and qualifications.

  • Remote work opportunity for an attorney based in Arizona.

  • Employer-sponsored health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

  • 401(k) plan.

  • No business-development or client-origination requirement.

  • A technology-forward environment that supports efficient legal work and collaboration.

  • Opportunities for professional development, increased responsibility, and long-term career growth as the firm expands.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're looking for a remote litigation opportunity where you can take ownership of your work, build client relationships, and advocate for policyholders, we encourage you to apply.
