The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify potential system faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications meticulously through a digital change control tracking system.
• Conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing for upgrades and major modifications, as well as perform on-site installations.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
