Manager, Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Center

• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Facility: Ascension St. Vincent
• Department: Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Center
• Schedule: Days | Full-time | Occasional weekend rotation; no on-call or holiday requirements.

• Lead, coach, and mentor the program team to achieve goals, conduct performance evaluations, and manage staff development.
• Develop program infrastructure, goals, and comprehensive plans aligned with business development strategies and key partnerships.
• Manage program operations, budgets, and resources using robust project management tools, reporting capabilities, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Track, document, and communicate quality outcomes and progress metrics to internal departments and external partners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with three years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with two years of cumulative experience OR seven years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• Chemo experience
• Three years of leadership or management experience
