Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager

📍Based in or around the Centennial, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, and/or Colorado Springs, CO | Remote + Field-Based
💰 On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)

What You Bring

0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role
Healthcare or provider-facing experience a plus but not required
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus
Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

About the Role

As a Provider Relationship Manager, you’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.

You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices
Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach
Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners
Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities
Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care
Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities
