RN- Labor and Delivery - Night Shift

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights: $25,000 Sign on Bonus. A minimum of 18 months experience required of Labor and Delivery Experience.

Position: RN - Labor and Delivery Location: Arlington Heights, IL Full Time, 36 hours/week Hours: 7pm - 7:30am, Every third weekend and holiday rotation Required Travel: No What you will do: Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers. Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate. Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.

Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs. Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives. Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.
