The Role

• Lead and oversee the work of care process coordinators, focusing on handover, escalation, admission, medication, and risk management.
• Share responsibility for resident selection in collaboration with the management team.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate staff members.
• Develop and manage shift schedules and annual leave plans in coordination with the team.
• Take ownership of care and support processes in partnership with the Head of Nursing.

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing.
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
