What Will Your Workday Look Like?

• Communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
• Answer questions and help customers resolve their concerns
• Provide information about products and services or assist with technical issues, depending on the project
• Deliver helpful, professional and customer-focused service
• Collaborate with an international team while working remotely from Greece

You will receive project-specific training before getting started, so you can learn the relevant processes and feel prepared for your new responsibilities.

Requirements

• Fluent German, both written and spoken
• Good command of English
• At least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in Greece
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if you currently live abroad
• Ability to work from home in Greece
