The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify potential faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes for security systems.
• Document all system modifications accurately via a digital change control system.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications prior to deployment.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage electronic equipment.
• Working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
