The Role

• Cutting and laying various floor coverings, including transitions and steps.
• Pre-assembling and fitting treads, stairs, ramps, carpet inserts, and other wooden components/fixtures.
• Precisely cutting and installing mats in a clean and professional manner.
• Conducting quality checks and participating in qualification measures to ensure high standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a floor layer, interior decorator, parquet layer, or equivalent qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Valid occupational health examination (e.g., G25).
• Willingness to work in shifts (early/late shifts).
