Epic Resolute HB Analyst / Principal Trainer

Our New York client has an immediate need for a certified Epic Resolute HB analyst with both charging experience and a background in Principal Training. This is an immediate start, with an initial duration of three months. W2 only; no vendors please.
In this job you will:

• Maintain and optimize Epic HB workflows, with a focus on CDM and Charge Router
• Support build, updates, and issue resolution related to hospital billing
• Develop and deliver end-user training as a Principal Trainer
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation
• Collaborate with operational and IT teams to ensure accurate charge capture and billing processes

Requirements:

• Must have current Epic Resolute HB certification with documentation at time of submittal
• 3-5 years of experience building, optimizing, and supporting Epic Resolute HB CDM/Charging Workflows
• Ability to work remotely as a part of a team
• W2 only
