The Role

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of extensive training.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on performance, personal growth, and exceptional service delivery.
• Drive revenue generation and business growth by motivating your team and achieving financial objectives.
• Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and strategically invest in growth while balancing expense margins.
• Cultivate an exceptional work environment and recruit, select, and train talent across sales, service, and customer service roles.
• Uphold a strong service mindset to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Proven track record of leadership development and the ability to coach and train others.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company-paid).
• Willingness to occasionally work in challenging environments or weather conditions.
