MISSION :

Overall responsible for coordinating change management in all projects related to Local Centralized System (LCS), our collaborative platform supporting contract management, invoicing, claims and reporting. LCS currently serves more than 550 active users across 20 countries in APR, MAR and WEAR

Ensure that the change being implemented is embraced, adopted and utilized by the impacted population. Responsible for leading the Change Management (CM) workstream in our strategic transformation projects in LCS and ensures that the project meets qualitative objectives to increase employee adoption and usage of required changes. The CM focuses on the people side of change (preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures etc)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change management 

  • Develops and implements CM strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. It includes plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes
  • Applies the Coface CM methodology to support adoption to changes required
  • Closely works together with the project managers and project teams to integrate CM activities in the project plans
  • Ensure quality of the change deliverables in the projects
  • Collaborates and works with and through many others in the organization; Builds strong relationships with project sponsors, achieve buy-in with key stakeholders and influence others
  • Communicates on our success stories and challenges to increase the visibility of our actions
  • Drives and participate in the regional CM activities

Change management & Tracking :

  • Track and monitor cost and benefits for specific projects, tracking risks and issues, following up on actions and escalating issues to region/global levels
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and provide solutions to mitigate or address the concerns
  • Deliver effective management support to ensure that projects that require change are successfully embedded and benefits delivered across the organization

Reporting & Daily activities :

  • Provide data, statistics, KPIs on specific projects to the COO. 
  • Respond promptly & effectively to function requests and ensure that the appropriate action is taken.

Risk & Compliance:

  • Adhere to compliance standards as set by Coface and Financial Regulators.

Industry:

  • Insurance (preference TCI) and other financial institutions would be beneficial
  • A clear understanding of B2B focused companies

Technical skills :

  • Strong coaching skills as they help their teams through their transitions
  • Excellent -proven- capabilities  of project management and change management
  • In-depth knowledge of project change management processes and tools (CM Planning, communication plan, risk monitoring, etc.)
  • Ability to anticipate risks, and manage them with key stakeholders
  • Excellent level of English required with good oral and written communication

  • Strong collaboration skills with other teams and departments 

 

  • Degree educated in Process, Project and Change management, six sigma, Finance, Business Administration, Operations, Project/Lean/Agile management, Banking or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of project  and change management in strategic transformation projects
  • Proven strong experience in multinational/multicultural projects
  • Multicultural/international corporate environment: previous experience will be a plus.
  • In short we want a senior change manager that can lead the Change Management Globally for LCS so expect a minimum of 10 years of prove experience.
