Job Description

Overview

We're hiring Assembly Technicians for our manufacturing facility on both day and night shifts (your preference). You'll be direct hire, not temp, with full benefits, overtime opportunities, and clear pathways to promotion and raises.

We're doing phone and onsite interviews this week.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on assembling, inspecting, finishing, and packaging products coming off our production lines. You'll work with plastic building materials and construction components, using hand tools, assembly equipment, and quality inspection processes to turn manufactured parts into finished products.

You'll work closely with machine operators to keep production moving, assemble components according to product specifications, inspect finished parts, and prepare products for storage or shipment. The work is active and hands-on, requiring attention to detail, consistency, and a willingness to learn different production processes.

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
