Job Description
HR Business Partner
Join a progressive educational organisation as an HR Business Partner, providing expert, people-focused HR support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across the organisation, supporting employee relations, workforce planning, engagement and organisational development within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead regional employee relations, resolving complex people issues quickly and effectively.
- Drive recruitment and attraction, partnering with central teams to build strong teams.
- Shape HR policies and best practice, ensuring a compliant, effective and people-focused approach.
- Use HR data and insight to identify improvements and drive regional people strategies.
- Champion learning and development, ensuring leaders and HR teams have the skills and support to succeed.
- Lead people-focused change, supporting organisational transformation, performance and culture.
- Collaborate across the People team, sharing best practice and driving innovative solutions aligned to organisational priorities.
Key Requirements:
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a passion for developing your HR expertise.
- Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in handling complex employee relations and casework.
- Educational sector experience, with a strong understanding of the challenges impacting HR.
- Previous team leadership experience desirable.
