Role: Aurigo Masterworks Consultant

Location: Can be remote but the candidate needs to travel to these locations whenever required.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aurigo Masterworks Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Aurigo Masterworks platform. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with Aurigo Masterworks.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, approvals, and user roles.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support implementation, enhancements, integrations, testing, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams.
• Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user guides.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support and troubleshoot application issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong Aurigo Masterworks experience.
• Experience with Capital Project Management / Construction Project Management is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and production support.
