The Role • Develop new relationships and drive business growth to meet and exceed sales goals. • Conduct outside sales calls to expand the client base and promote brand awareness. • Cultivate business by reactivating dormant accounts and following up on leads. • Network with trade professionals through industry associations and events. • Provide prompt, friendly, and gracious service to clients in a welcoming showroom environment. • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, accurately processing all necessary paperwork. What You'll Need • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for interior design, architectural design, or luxury retail sales. • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and intermediate MS Office suite skills. • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for design, architecture, art, or fashion is essential. • Demonstrated organizational and collaborative skills with advanced verbal and written communication abilities. • Exemplary customer service skills to foster long-term business development. • A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a business owner mentality.
