We are seeking a dedicated professional to play a key role in establishing a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. This is an opportunity to contribute to a leading healthcare provider known for its high standards of care and innovative treatment approaches, serving both adults and adolescents.

The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to children and adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, assist in therapeutic interventions, and document patient care effectively.
• Administer medical treatments as prescribed by physicians and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a structured and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
• Participate actively in the organizational aspects of daily ward operations.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, and a genuine passion for working with young people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
• Ideally, experience in psychiatry, though not a strict requirement.
