2. Effectively run all Sprint ceremonies, ensure the team has work, communicate up when they don’t
3. Managing the team to make sure they are working on the right things, and progress is being made
4. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
5. Tools:  Jira, confluence, SharePoint, MS Team

Top 3 Soft Skills:

1. Ability to own the project and management of the teams
2. Strong organizational skills
3. Ensure ceremonies are followed and valuable
