Job description

Leidos seeks an Infrastructure Services Lead to monitor enterprise IT services for a Department of Defense contract at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. You will coordinate incident response, troubleshoot service disruptions, maintain incident records, and work with customers and technical teams to restore mission capabilities. This is an onsite weekday day-shift position.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the health and status of enterprise IT services using monitoring tools.
  • Triage service disruptions and assess their impact using standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and service lanes to resolve incidents and restore capabilities.
  • Update incident tickets, station logs, and communications records with accurate timelines.
  • Identify workarounds and alternate services to maintain mission continuity.
  • Prepare follow-up reports and after-action records, and facilitate technical and crisis response meetings.
