About the Role

A well-established specialist security company is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their team, covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

The role will involve the installation, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding of a range of fire and security systems across commercial and domestic sites.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' industry experience, be confident working independently and as part of a team, and take pride in providing a professional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain fire and security systems
• Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently
• Complete service reports and relevant paperwork
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Attend commercial and domestic customer sites across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
• Manage your workload effectively and maintain good timekeeping

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the fire and security industry
• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding fire and security systems
• Good knowledge of fire and security systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good timekeeping and organisational skills
• Professional approach when dealing with customers
• Full UK driving licence
