The Role

• Perform expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in a mobile capacity.
• Provide first-class customer service and represent the organisation with professionalism.
• Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear customer communication.
• Adapt to a varied daily workload involving servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Make independent decisions to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
