Director of Finance to serve as a key member of the leadership team and partner directly with the President.

What You'll Do
As Director of Finance, you will lead all global financial operations and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. You will be responsible for financial strategy, accounting, reporting, compliance, budgeting, cost management, and team development. Provide leadership and oversight for all global accounting and finance functions. Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, international, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee corporate tax filings, sales tax compliance, audits, and financial reporting for multiple entities. Lead cost accounting, cost control, inventory oversight, and profitability initiatives. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, Sales, and Executive Leadership to support business growth and decision-making. Identify financial risks and opportunities while recommending strategies to improve performance and maximize ROI. Direct external audits and maintain strong relationships with auditors, banking partners, and other stakeholders.

Implement best practices, systems, policies, and technologies that enhance efficiency, compliance, and business performance. Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred.
~15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience within a complex manufacturing or consumer products environment.
~ Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
~ Multi-state sales tax experience across multiple business entities.
~ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems. Experience supporting international entities and global financial operations.
