The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues, working individually and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control system. • Produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems. • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management.
