Comfort Consultant

Ideal Services Company is seeking a Comfort Consultant to guide homeowners and small businesses in the Henderson and greater Las Vegas area through HVAC and plumbing solutions. In this field-based role, you'll visit customer locations, assess comfort and system needs, explain repair vs. replacement options, and present clear, value-focused proposals for energy-efficient equipment and services. You'll collaborate closely with technicians, use modern tools and training to stay current on products and codes, and build long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customers
• Assess HVAC and basic plumbing needs, comfort issues, and energy concerns
• Explain repair, replacement, and upgrade options in clear, customer-friendly terms
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates for systems and services
• Recommend energy-efficient and indoor air quality solutions
• Collaborate with technicians to schedule and execute approved work
• Use field service or CRM software to document visits and follow-ups
• Promote maintenance agreements and additional services to build long-term relationships
• Follow safety protocols, driving, and on-site conduct standards
• Support company reputation through punctual, professional, and respectful service
