RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Team Coordinator.

Position Summary

In this role, the Team Coordinator will provide professional administrative, operational, and organizational support to the business unit management team and local office team. This role combines management assistance, travel and expense support, employee onboarding/offboarding coordination, local team support, and day-to-day administrative execution.

Responsibilities

Executive & Management Support:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to business unit leadership
  • Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare and reconcile travel expense reports
  • Support visa invitation letters and travel-related documentation
  • Organize leadership meetings, workshops, team events, offsites, and business reviews
  • Act as administrative liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external contacts

Team Assistant & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Support hiring-related coordination, including interview scheduling and communication with candidates/stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the broader local office/team, including day-to-day employee requests, workplace needs, general coordination, and issue follow-up
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, EHS, Security, Real Estate, Procurement, Communications, and other functions to resolve team and office-related topics
  • Maintain distribution lists, functional mailboxes, team documentation, and organizational records
  • Support training registrations, visitor coordination, employee communication, team events, and other business-unit activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a professional team assistant, executive assistant, office manager, or administrative support specialist
  • Strong motivation to build a long-term career in administrative, team support, or office support roles
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience with travel coordination and expense reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Professional communication style and confidence interacting with senior leaders, employees, and external contacts
  • High attention to detail, reliability, discretion, confidentiality, and service orientation

Preferred

  • Experience supporting senior managers or business-unit leadership
  • Experience supporting larger teams or office populations
  • Experience with onboarding, hiring coordination, or office operations
  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
