Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Architect Oracle Fusion ERP
Location: Irvine, CA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect / Boundary Systems Consultant with strong enterprise Salesforce architecture experience and knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programs. The candidate will assess the current Salesforce and commercial application landscape, identify impacts from Oracle Fusion design decisions, and define the technical changes and remediation required across downstream systems.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, strong experience with enterprise CRM/commercial transformation initiatives, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, architects, application owners, and offshore technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead current-state assessment and documentation of Salesforce, Forge, PriceFX, and related commercial applications.
  • Develop application profiles, business process maps, entity flows, integration inventories, and system dependency documentation.
  • Assess downstream application impacts resulting from Oracle Fusion ERP design and transformation decisions.
  • Define technical specifications, remediation requirements, and architecture documentation for impacted applications.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, BRMs, BSAs, application owners, architects, and technical teams.
  • Identify application dependencies, integration impacts, risks, gaps, and required remediation.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction across Salesforce and related commercial systems.
  • Collaborate with offshore developers, administrators, integration teams, and other technical resources.
  • Partner with the Commercial Boundary Systems Lead to establish governance, documentation standards, and execution plans.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and communicate technical recommendations to business and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • 15 18 years of overall IT / enterprise application experience, with significant experience in Salesforce/CRM architecture and transformation.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect on enterprise-scale implementations or transformation programs.
  • Strong hands-on architecture experience with:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Must Have
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Must Have
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solution architecture, integrations, data flows, and enterprise application dependencies.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programs and evaluating downstream application impacts.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM, sales, pricing, or commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience working with business leaders, executives, application owners, and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and provide technical direction.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore development, administration, and integration teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, documentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA and attend an in-person client interview.

  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Pricing platforms such as PriceFX
  • Customer Master Data / Customer 360
  • Customer-facing commercial processes
  • Salesforce integrations with ERP platforms
  • Experience with Forge or other commercial/boundary applications
  • Enterprise application impact assessment and dependency mapping
  • Large-scale ERP/CRM modernization programs
