Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and optimize CAD files for digital manufacturing processes.
- Navigate multiple file paths to access and manage CAD/CAM files effectively.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the CAD/CAM workflow and processes.
- Ensure work output meets established error standards and quality benchmarks.
- Demonstrate exceptional work ethic and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with CAD software.
- Familiarity with navigating complex file structures.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree or certification in jewelry design or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and design principles.
- Previous experience in digital manufacturing or CAD/CAM operations.
