Job Description

We are looking for WO Review Specialist I - Hybrid for our client in Indianapolis IN.

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $23.00hr - $28.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Must be able to follow documentation procedures for the defined interim WO review process.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of complex regulatory requirements and associated risks and apply them in a quality manner to your work.
  • Ability to capture pertinent information in a written format in a concise, clear manner for both documentation and internal/external communication purposes.
  • Ability to apply a risk based approach to problem solving within the regulatory framework when necessary.
  • Ability to leverage pre-defined networks for technical verification of service activity details pertinent to the WO quality assessment.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all service documentation policies, procedures, and functions as a resource for review specialist colleagues.
  • Ability to positively provide feedback and share trends and learnings with those submitting WOs and leaders.
  • Works well within the team, communicating trending, and sharing knowledge with others.
  • Understand how the service documentation review process fits into the bigger picture of the long term RSN WO review process vision and serve as a resource for future best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform local review of service activity documentation for Core Lab FES WOs to ensure they meet policy requirements.
  • Provide feedback to individuals responsible for submitting WOs through the defined review process and handling objections in an appropriate manner while continuing to build a positive relationship with peers/colleagues.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and achieve quality objectives through daily actions.
  • Support the interim RSN WO review process by working closely with colleagues to ensure quality WO service activity documentation meets policy requirements.
  • Ensure quality metrics are met and submit required tracking information in a timely manner.
