Job Description

Are you reliable, hardworking, and interested in a hands-on career in furniture manufacturing? We’re expanding our team in SBA Home and have immediate openings across multiple departments.

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for an Experienced Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st shift - 6am - 2pm

2nd shift - 2pm - 10pm, $1.00 shift differential.

3rd shift - 10pm - 6am, Ramp up coming August - $2.00 shift differential

Who we’re looking for
Dependable people with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and willingness to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

  • Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery
  • Set up manufacturing equipment
  • Use machine equipment to complete tasks
  • Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements.
  • Read caliper and metric systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards
