The Role

• Gain comprehensive insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, child and youth welfare, and educational support.
• Support colleagues in practical, goal-oriented pedagogical guidance within the individual's living environment and family life.
• Participate in study specializations including Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Children and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.
• Undertake practical phases with a partner company in your local area.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator status.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Demonstrated traits of diligence, responsibility, and discretion.
• Empathy, interpersonal skills, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience.
• Previous experience in a voluntary social year, federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.

• Monthly salary ranging from €305 - €340 (gross), depending on the partner company.
• Tuition fees covered up to €789 per month.
