Staff Engineer - AI Co Workers for Enterprise Scale

Future Secure AI is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the end to end delivery of AI Co Workers from concept to production across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with Engagement Leads to tie technical work to business outcomes and mentor engineers through complex builds.

You will own architecture decisions, oversee LLM integration, and drive scalable engineering solutions while balancing latency, cost, and reliability in large scale deployments.
